Financial assistance for homeowners to improve the exterior appearance and structural integrity of their properties within the CRA districts.

Commercial Rehabilitation
Support for local business and property owners to improve the appearance, functionality, and safety of commercial spaces throughout the CRA.

SBDC: No-Cost Business Consultation
Through our partnership with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the University of South Florida, a business consultant is available at our office twice a month to provide free consultations and one-on-one coaching to help business owners launch, grow, and thrive.
