About This Program
The Residential Rehabilitation Program helps homeowners address critical repairs and improvements that preserve safe, livable housing within the CRA districts and enhance overall community appearance. Through targeted grants and assistance, the CRA invests directly in the homes and neighborhoods that define Haines City.
Residential improvements may include:
- Exterior Pressure Washing & Painting
- Roof Repair or Replacement
- Exterior Windows/Doors Repair or Replacement
- HVAC Repair or Replacement
- Existing External Steps/Railings/Ramps Repair or Replacement
- Repairs to Address and Resolve City Code Violation
